Hello Everyone

This Sunday Nov. 3 – Baptism, and Reception of New members. This is a very special Sunday so please come and celebrate!

Some of you are wondering if the Groovin Grannies are performing this Sunday.  That was the original plan, but they are now performing on December 1st. instead.   ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++     Nov. 10: Celebration of Rev. Dr. Larry Denef's 60th Anniversary of Ordination and service to the church.

Immediately following the Sunday Eucharist, all are invited to a light lunch and Tea in honour of Pastor Larry Denef's 60th Anniversary of Ordination. Rev. Richard Hergesheimer is the guest speaker and the choir will perform a short program.  Pr Larry has served in many capacities over the years, including internationally, and we are honored and privileged to have had him with us for the past many years. He has led us in worship, in bible studies but most importantly has enriched our lives in many other ways and we love him!  Come and celebrate!!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++   The

The last refugee on our list arrived last Wednesday from Damascus.  He will be staying with Shannon Muir until he is able to manage on his own.  Thank you Shannon!  The REST team has budgeted for all the refugees that we have sponsored so far, which is why I am saying that this is the last – for now.  If you are contributing regularly to REST, please continue to do so.  There will be more people to be sponsored and it is such a great gift that we give them.

See you on Sunday
