Rev. Dr. Ray Aldred encoraged us with his message - the troubles of the world may cause us anxiety, but we are not to fear or be distracted. We need to keep the gospel at the center of our lives and community and keep our eyes on Jesus who will continue to show us how to share his love and grace with a hurting world.
Rev. Ray chose "My Hope is Built on Nothing Less" as the Hymn of the Day, to remind us:
On Christ the solid rock I stand; all other ground is sinking sand.
Ray also shared the gift of a powerful Cree drumming grass song, adapted to express faith an trust in Jesus Christ. If you missed it, you can hear and watch it on livestream.

After the service, we were treated to delicious bison soup made by Cari and award winning bannock bread baked by Ray's spouse, Elaine. Many of us also purchased beautiful greeting cards illustrated by Ray's artist daugther Cat. You can view her art at posiscreativeart.square.site and www.facebook.com/posisbycat
