An Advent social time with Christmas goodies and crafts following the Sunday service has been a long standing tradition at Gloria Dei. This year, we are taking our fellowship and fun online. We will meet via the Zoom application following our live-streamed service on the 4th Sunday of Advent. So pour yourself a hot drink, grab a Christmas cookie, and bring your favorite Christmas ornament to share with your Gloria Dei family. Before 'zooming out' as we wish one another Happy Christmas, Pastor Vida will bless the ornaments and the thread of meaning they hold for us in the unfolding story of our lives.
It has been awhile since we had fellowship. So please encourage your Gloria Dei friends to attend and to also let them know that they do not need a computer to participate. We can still be together and share some Christmas cheer with one another while staying apart . . . so Zoom in and join us!
